41. The eveing before I was sent to get the Drug Test, I took some Aleve for my back.

They asked me about prescription drugs, when did I last drink and if I was on any perscrition drugs.

All answers were NO.

Well, while surfing the net I found out that many over the counter pain meds, like Advil and Aleve, will cause a false positive on a drug test. They look like marijuana on the test.

I am lucky that they did go ahead and run the other test after it came up positive just to see if it was weed or not.

So now I have a Asst. Manager job!

The restaurant I had a less than part time job was not to happy to hear this. So I just quit since they tried to push me to tell the full time that they could only work me part time till the two week were over ( you know, the curtsey thing about leaving one job for the other). I was not going to dictate to the bigger money job for a place that was only offering me less than 20 hours.
