BAYSIDE, Wis. —Bayside police said they arrested a woman for her second drunk driving offense after they caught her riding topless.

According to police, they believe the woman was also high on prescription drugs when they witnessed her dangerous stunt on I-43 Friday.

A deputy is heard on his dash camera saying,"She's continuing northbound on I-43. Speeds at 57 miles per hour. She's now driving with no hands."

The video shows the woman riding with no hands and weaving in and out of traffic.

Police said she had her jacket unzipped with nothing underneath and was screaming at passing cars.
