- play with her but be gentle, or her play will get rougher when she is not in the mood.
- don't over vet her, let her be natural except for extreme illness or injury.
- try to keep her in for a large portion of the night, less fights less vets.
- control her reproduction, spay when appropriate, for all concerned. Sex for cats is instinctual, not for pleasure; it is male dominate, aggressive, rough and totally lacking affection. Only instinct and hormones drive the action, and she will be subservient to hormones three or more times a year, for many years.
- don't punish her for being a kitten/cat, distract her instead.
- part two for the above; don't allow her absolute rule, even slaves have rights, or should.
- don't over feed, if she starts to get fat cut back on the food.
- realize her power over you (slave), but respect she needs your help and care too.
- give her affection, and realize, she will return it, when she is in the mood.
- have fun with her, she is certainly going to have fun with her new human toy.
- cats have memory when they want to, cats ignore you when they want to.
- enjoy, kept well and respected for what they are, cats are great companions.
