3. Sometimes international superheroes just don't translate very well.

For instance, El Santo always struck me as just pretty strange.

Luckily for us, US of A superheroes are crazy wild popular in Europe. Especially Batman, for some reason.

It's pretty hard to even come up with European superhero figures. Going way back there's some Spanish ones. A Doc Savage ripoff, a Shadow ripoff. Not much going on in that department.

One area of dominance!
