23. My friend wrote to me that the lady (the one being helped)

just stood there speechless, with tears, when she took her to pay the utility bill. She said no one had ever done something like that for her...she couldn't believe that people would help, even not knowing her. There were several other neighbors my friend contacted and... well, just do what you can, right?
