To shoot down another stereotype, I'm not ugly nor obese. 
I do, however, like Cheetos, but prefer Bugles. You couldn't get me to eat a Hot Pocket if you held a knife to my throat.
I've been gaming since Pong. Graduated to Nintendo when it first came out then moved up to the PS and haven't looked back. Been a PS fan ever since. The husband just bought me a PS3, so right now I only have a few games. GTA5, which I love and a few freebies that aren't bad. I'm hoping to add Silent Hill series and Assassin's Creed. Still roaming around the internet looking for others. It's been about 6 years since I've had a Playstation. Oh, and I want the rest of the Bioshock series.
However, I've been computer gaming for years. Been on WoW (on and off) for about 7, Bioshock, some other random RPGs, etc.
I'm a big supporter of studies that say gaming is good for you. Especially the ones that say it could help prevent or deter Alzheimer's, since it runs on both sides of the family.
