can be purchased from one of the gals over at Joravanskr but you have to marry her first. Its an old Nordic armor, not the most effective but looks great on the wife. Yep, I got no life but my character travels around Skyrim paired up with a scantily clad archer lass and better yet, the game has no issues with same sex marriages! When I don't need the extra weight, I leave the heavy armor at our house and we travel around Skyrim dressed alike. Btw I think that Nightengail armor you get at the end of the Thieves Guild story arc looks great too.
