51. I'm a middle aged woman and I love survival horror games

My obsession is Silent Hill. I love, love, love, love, love those games - well, the ones by the original Japanese design team, that is. I still like the others, but the originals were beyond awesome. Also Fatal Frame 1&2 - sublimely spooky and so much fun.

I'm also a big Zelda fan, and I had tons of fun playing the various God of War games, but the button mashing got to be a bit much. I wish game manufacturers would just go ahead and add a "senior" setting already, darn it. Trust me, the day will come when your reaction time slows just a hair, and you'll find yourself wishing you had a teenager on hand to get you through those tricky parts of a game.

Oh, and Resident Evil 4 - talk about fun and impossible to quit playing. I loved those spikey regenerators - scary buggers! My consoles are gathering dust now, which is sad.
