4. PS4 costs less, and is probably a slightly better system.

XBoxOne forces you to buy a bundle including the Kinect, a $100 motion sensor that can be neat in some ways, but is not really worth the extra $ for a lot of people.

Also, the Kinect is a camera sitting in your living room that is always on, and just might or might not be watching you and listening to you and reporting back to Microsoft

All things being equal, I'd definitely go with the PS4.
