They may not know the brand of the boot but they can almost certainly tell you the model of the sole. I pulled their current B2B and resole catalog where it does not appear so it's not a current model of sole they sell. It looks a lot like their Bifida sole...which is only to my knowledge sold as a replacement sole...

Once you have a name for the sole model and a production window, you can then work backwards to who bought that sole, especially if it's a replacement sole as that could give you a local repair shop which then brings it down to a list of a few hundred to a few thousand people. Not great but better than where you were at the start of this query.

Edit: They're about $80/pair for the Bifida soles so there can't be that many people with them either as a resole or on a sold boot...$80 sole for hiking boots means $200+ boots. Nobody is going to use high-tech expensive soles on cheap boots, either manufactured or replacement-sole.
