Twilight is licking the droplets of the strawberry, kale, vanilla, cocoa and mint smoothie

6. The cat is curled up on the shelf above my head,

staring down at me, pretending to "chill" while plotting to reach out and bat my hair around when I'm not looking.

The dog is lying right behind my chair, waiting for us to get up and walk into the next room so she can look out for me there, hoping that I remember where she is and don't push my chair back onto her.

The big girls are out hovering around the feeder, wishing that it would magically refill itself no matter how much hay they've already gorged on today.
