My beloved cat died this afternoon

18. I'm so sorry for your loss

and I understand your sadness. It will be 11 years tomorrow that we lost our best cat ever. Spinner was 19 years old and we had him since he was 4. There was just something so indescribably special about him. When he crossed the rainbow bridge my Mr and I said we weren't going to get another at least for awhile but after 3 weeks of crying I told him this is stupid, there are so many that need homes, we aren't going to get over him at least we can get another to help take our minds off our sadness. So we wound up bringing 2 cats home from the spca. They are totally different than Spinner but we love them dearly for who they are.

But I still think of Spinner every day and still miss him after 11 years, and so does my Mr. I do understand your pain and I'm sorry for what you are going through.
