Him being a teacher with a salary of about 45,000, how The Hell do you afford such a big house with a Pool?
Skylar wasn't pulling in much money and I believe that Walter left Gray Matter with no money settlement at all...
but I have noticed that in tv and movies - the homes are usually very big and abnormal to most in the real world. Probably done for some propaganda reasons.
