at Iowa State I had taken her back to school and somehow got Yankton SD on my radio. They were having a blizzard.
The announcer came on and said the sheriff had a weather related message.

The sheriff came on and said "Listen you guys that have 4 wheel drive toys and want to try them out. If you go off road and get stuck I am not sending my deputies out to save your sorry butts. You can sit there until the weather eases. You should be smarter than that. Do you understand? Thank you!"
