25. I sweat WAY more in spinning.

I don't know how much of that is the Zumba instructors not teaching routines that are intense enough, or the fact that I tend to work much harder in spinning because it is lower impact. I get pretty sweaty in Zumba, too, but I'm a heavy sweater, in general. I just find it easier to get my heart rate up in spinning. But, spinning doesn't give a full-body workout like Zumba does. That's why I do both.
