What was your Dad's name? Hard to make a proper toast without knowing the right name.

I showed my Wife the recipe and she's definitely looking forward to tasting it too. Don't be offended though... I'm a Ritz Cracker kinda guy. I like Triscuits, but for me this is a Ritz kind of thing.
