(40,819 posts)15. I love dogs. They are always sincere.
Even when they are sincerely food thieves, garbage tippers, and shoe chewers, as red dog often is. She also eats rats, mice, gophers, and many insects... whole.
She's the worst dog I've ever invited into our pack, and I've known some bad ones, including one dog who captured a UPS truck for me, jumping inside and refusing the driver entry until he'd passed my inspection. That dog was an Australian Shepherd mix. Red dog is even more dingo than that.
Fortunately red dog kisses up to the humans she likes and avoids those she doesn't. Otherwise she wouldn't have been adoptable.
She sings too.
