When I was growing up in Atlanta, the coat I wore to school in the morning was never necessary on my way home in the afternoon. We never got more than a dusting of snow. It was fun crunching down the spikes of ice that had pushed up out of the ground overnight.
It was up to 31 today. We had heavy snow flurries for about half an hour around noontime . Sigh. It's going down to 4 tonight.
