I thought I hit rock bottom with the roommate that used all my dishes, pots and pans and then left them sitting in the sink until stuff was growing in them. I left them on top of her bed to force her to finally clean them. Also, walking into her bedroom....you had to wade through dirty, brown-stained underwear. Literally. 
She also wasn't one to brush her teeth regularly, or frequently....
