I'm not sure where you walk, but I'm hoping your scenery is great. I've walked and discovered the more "up and down" terrain you make yourself do, the more calories you burn. After a while, what is a real challenge makes you stronger. Plus, because you're not hitting the pavement hard (as in running) you'll be able to do it far longer in your life.
