and in good health save for the weight. Well, that and the ankle I wear a brace on because I was overworking it when I first started. My mom, who is over 60, is also losing weight by eating better and walking in her building on breaks during work. She finally broke the 200 lb barrier a month ago.

As for how much, I generally average about 2.5 miles about four times a week. I generally weigh myself once a week using a digital scale at the mall. Last time I checked, I was at 377.
