is if they'd done Winterhold with the College of Winterhold balancing in the background. In a world of amazing structures, nothing is more stunning than the College, especially if you frame it with Azura's Shrine in the background.

is if they'd included someone of the non-city integral spots in the game such as Sky Haven, Throat of the World, Labrynthium and Helgen. They're not necessarily important to the Civil War, but they are integral to the Dragonborn. There's a reason, regardless who wins the civil war, the Kingsmoot remains unsettled. The Dragonborn is the Heir of Tiber Septim and Reman Cyrodiil who unites Skyrim...you, not Elisif or Ulfric, is ultimately the High King.
