15. I have a question for other black cat people.

We've been under the care of Bill for seven or eight years now, and love him to the utmost. He's a cuddly kitty who loves to snugg and drools like Niagara Falls during a good scritch session.

The one thing about Bill is that he is a talker, with no apparent shut up in him. When something is on his mind he lets everybody know about it, any time of day or night, including early morning. On and on he goes. Is it just him or are other black kitties as talkative (noisy)?
