56. His teeth through the gums, his claws still have a "soft" feel to them.

He's kind of clumsy with his walking, still a little unsteady. He is past the stage where they splay their feet way out with their bellies close to the floor. He has played with my fingers when I wiggled them, but he wasn't interested in a bit of yarn that I dangled in front of him. He climbed my pant leg this morning to get on my lap. He is purring and pushing his head against my fingers when I pet him. I think he'll be a real sweetie.

My guess on his age is 4-5 weeks, judging from other kittens I've raised. He's really small, less than 6 inches from nose to base of tail. He fits nicely in the palm of my hand. I think it's a he, but either way, there is spay or neuter in the future. I don't know about a name yet, it will come to me.
