Because I'm officially an old person (to the Parks Department that's anyone over 60) the fee I paid today was a one time fee. Bonus
When I stopped at our local bread outlet store I was talking to the cashiers about my good luck ... and ... one of them acted as if I had invaded her private domain because I live in a different county from the lake. I explained that my fee was twice the fee a local was paying 
She couldn't understand because she continued to insist the park was for residents of Newburgh only.
