The Sony MDR 7506 and Sennheiser HD280 pro.

I use the Sonys mostly in the studio, they are great for critical listening, looking for faint clicks, pops and other noises on recordings.

I like the sennheisers a little better for just kicking back and listening to music, and I love them for tracking parts in the studio, they really block out a lot of outside sounds

And the ones I like to carry along with my iPod are these, JVC flats. While they're not the holy grail of audiophile headphones, they are light and fold flat so they are easy to carry around and they sound, eh, ok
