so I've re-assembled a lot of people. When somebody is autopsied, the top of the cranium is sawed off, and its about 3/8" thick. It'd be highly unlikely that you'd be able to stab a knife through the top of someones head. Even if the eye socket is a little bit thinner; doubtful because the head would most likely snap back with the momentum required. Heads are not cantaloupes!
