21. Thanks for the good words, my dear ReRe!

My doc actually said he wants me to do some simple exercises with that arm, and that includes washing my hair. We'll see how it goes.

He wants me to bend it upwards from the elbow and to squeeze my little squeeze ball on my immobilizer, starting now.

I'm not to do any other exercises until he sees me again in 3 weeks. It should be OK.

I appreciate your input!
