48. Try putting some body lotion on your leg and foot

I took Cipro, an antibiotic for a urinary tract infection in my kidneys and bone marrow when I landed in the hospital in May. What the drug company doesn't say is how dangerous this antibiotic really is. One of the dangerous side effects is it give you tondonitis in every tendon in your body and it can pop them, even after you stop taking it. It gets horribly painful, and one night I was rubbing my legs and feet and hands and arms trying to alleviate the pain but it wasn't working. I decided to put some regular everyday body lotion like Aveeno and Jergens on the painful parts and it actually took away almost all the pain. I was able to sleep. I could feel it working right away.

Try it since it won't do you any harm anyway. I told a co-worker about it who has problems with the nerves in one of her legs and it worked for her, so now I know it works on tendons and on nerves. Who knows. It might works for the pain of ligaments and broken bones too.
