to do that song. That's how I knew him--I was in advertising at the time.

But I think he just did that for $$, which certainly came his way. Built a fantastic house and he and his wife, my girlfriend, went all over the world searching out things like painted bathroom sinks from Italy. We had a lot of fun with dinners and cookouts at that house. She was the weather forecaster for the ABC affiliate.

His real thing, though, was this group Mannheim Steamroller which puts out an album at Christmas. It always sells very well and then there is also the concert tour. Altogether he launched a very successful career in music and has had a good living.

There is another Chip Davis who I think does some kind of gospel thing, not to be confused with this Chip Davis. In fact, when I knew them they were practicing white witches.
