I wasn't aware 0f the Carrageenan thing. If I go the half-and-half route, it's usually the organic stuff, and they don't add that. Been trying to stay away from processed ingredients, so I tend to avoid the flavored stuff like Coffee Mate. But, once in a while, one of them comes out with a special flavor that I just have to try. May not be worth the gut-ache.
