55. Ya know ... at this point 84 sounds pretty good.

That's the trick to staying alive ... moving as much as possible.

I blew it all to hell last winter by sitting on my tush. My hips were yelling at me for most of the summer. I even bought a walker to get going again.
We are expecting a delivery of a 10x10 shed in about two weeks. Then I can move over half the junk inside to the outside. I'll be able to use my treadmill for something more than holding my coat.
