Audible is easy to reach by phone, from the couple of time I had issues with downloading or finding a book I thought I successfully purchased. Since I've kept the service I can't speak to ease of cancelling.

I drive truck and burn through 6-10 audio books a month. A good tip to remember is to look for a Kindle version with a "wisper sync(audio)" version available. You can usually save money that way.
