6. I used to work in an animal diagnostic lab....

and in the research area (which I stayed out of, don't like animal testing.... I was in clinical immunology) there was a cage of lab mice. (All females, males kept in another cage.) One day they found little babies... brown little babies. Obviously a field mouse had invaded. The animal techs kept looking for it but couldn't find it. Finally, one tech spotted some movement under the bedding and a little brown head popped up... as he walked over to the cage to get him out, the little white girl mice started scratching bedding over top of him. He was absolutely certain they were trying to hide their paramour.
