7. I got to watch some of the boys making moves on a hen once.

There were 3 or 4 of them, and she wanted nothing to do with any of them. She'd be pecking around until they got within a few yards of her. Then she'd trot away and start foraging. They'd all follow her, and she'd move over some more. This repeated for around 20 minutes, until it all moved into the woods, where we couldn't see it. It was quite a hoot to watch.

I love wild turkeys. The remind me of little velociraptors.
