"Pets enhance the quality of life of many people, and I think that the addition of pets to our community will not only be beneficial to the pet owners, but also to the community as a whole. It will make our community more vibrant and more attractive to home buyers, possibly increasing the value of our condos and making them easier to sell when it is time to move on."
