Because while I do have a bottle of ever-lasting sriracha in my fridge (I don't use enough to get through a bottle/jar in less than a few years) I also don't buy ketchup. I have no use for it

Now, I do absolutely love the chipotle sauce by Tobasco brand. That stuff is amazing!
