52. Hey lynne thanks for the opportunity to reintroduce ourselves.

Dec 2011

Pretzel (nee Rich) spent his first 21 years growing up on the banks of the Ohio River just west of Pittsburgh. After graduating from Penn State in 1981 moved to the Philly area and now call that bastion of liberalism known as Montgomery County ( insert sarcasm smilie) my home. I will forever be a Pittsburgher at heart no matter where I live.

On my second marriage. First one produced two wonderful kids who for some reason have turned themselves into adults. Don't know why they'd do that. My wife has three children from her previous marriage and we now have the pleasure of her oldest being pregnant and due in May.

Always been a pretty easy going person but I have my limits. You won't find any Philly sports teams paraphanelia anywhere around me. I got lucky in that my youngest has my passion for Pittsburgh sports but somewhere along the way I didn't teach my oldest what it's like to be part of Steeler Nation.

Been on DU since 2001. Doesn't seem like 10 years at all. Looking forward to the next 10.
