Ed Asner's wife in "UP" the first fifteen minutes, surpassed the others (IMHO)

but then Andy's childhood passing into adulthood led to buckets of tears in Toy Story 3.

Before that I would have to say Mufassa
(the carelessness unattention leading to his death reminds me so much of the Dems in 2010),
leading to growing up and seeing what needs to be done.
