46. Lack of turn signal usage, especially lane changes

It's to the point I become incensed even though it is done out of carelessness, though I've seen a few "spite" lane changes as I'm surrounded by stupid cracker redneck assholes who think they are all Dale Earnhart. Rich pricks in expensive cars are bad too. I've even at times re passed those that did it, and "demonstrated" proper lane changing. Surprisingly, many get the picture and I see them use them afterwords, having been reminded they actually exist apparently.
