131. It's only annoying when they are oblivious to everyone around them.

As long as they move their butts and/or their carts enough so that I can get past, then it's okay.

There are some really self-absorbed people out there who think their need to bend over, take up the whole aisle, and take their sweet time examining all the items trumps everyone else's shopping goals. If I have to stomp my feet loudly to let them know I'm coming through, and still have to say "excuse me" to get past, then I get annoyed.
