I cannot rec them
1..they required I buy a particular phone to connect with their service.
1a my mom ALWAYS complained she couldn't hear me on their service. Doesn't happen now.
2..they when I did a non house wifi call, the connections to the major wireless company, in downtown Columbus were iffy. Some days I could not connect, a 3 foot walk to the side meant I could, otherwise I ehh . Bushwah...what if I needed the fire squad, an ambulance, or the cops, in a high rise area of downtown, CONNECT THE CALL(sorry for shouting) their service was spotty....not acceptable, if I need 911 from the same location on Tuesday, I should reach 911 on Friday in the same exact same downtown location.
3.. I could only talk with customer service thru google chrome, I had to down load chrome, then ask them a question. They did always return my customer service emails w/in 3 hrs timeframe.....sometimes waiting was ummm...not acceptable. If I want the fire department, I need the fire department THIS minute.
while the cost was low I would not rec them. I gather other non major portable phone companies are providing spotty service. Check Creedo carefully. Whose net work does Credo piggy back on? Can you do a trial with their service, without having to buy their 'preferred' phone'. What are all the charges? I threw a chuck of money into the wind trying to use a more inexpensive service. My error.
best wishes for effective and cost limited service.
