I've pretty much concluded there is no single universal trigger, although Bob Ross is a common one. When I first heard about ASMR very casually, it was when I heard the mention of Bob Ross that my antenna really went up. I had always wondered why I felt so strangely good when listening to him (it sure as shit ain't the paintings) - now I know why.

Mind if I ask, what and who triggers you?

I'm triggered by soft speaking/whispering, tapping/scratching, hand movements and meticulous tasks involving the hands, page turning (especially if fingers are licked)... I'm still looking for more triggers.
