Anybody ever use a TENS device for pain? [View all]

TENS

I'm trying one out for the deadly shoulder pain I get from time to time because of a car accident.

So far, it is kind of weird, but it actually does help. Narcotic pain pills have never worked for me and the only thing that ever gave me relief when I had shoulder flare ups are cortisone shots.

This has the relief, I'd say somewhere between a cortisone shot and ibuprofen.

I'm not advocating, just trying it out, and it seems to work.

If you have ever had intense shoulder pain, you know you will try any damn thing.
