It is a play on a short poem by Tim Burton. My real name is Krista. I am from Alabama. I have one fur child, a spoiled English bulldog named Aubrey. I prefer dogs over cats, but I do like LOLcats.

I graduated with a Bachelor's in English in September, and I am starting my Master's in English and Creative Writing in January.

In my spare time I love to read and surf DU; I've been a member since 2006 and I have donated here and there even though I mostly lurk. The Lounge has always been my favorite reading material.

I am in a long term relationship of nearly 5 years with a man who is both Christian and republican, of which I am neither. We respect our differences and we agree on a lot of things and agree to disagree on others.

Maybe with the new DU I will speak up more, but you all keep me entertained anyway!
