11. Which cleaner program? Most of them are crap

Never had a driver program that couldn't be fixed by completely uninstalling it and then downloading the latest driver from the manufacturer.
Going to a completely new OS because of a driver issue is like putting a new engine in your car because the windshield wipers are flaky.
