10. Living in Chicago you probably won't have coverage issues

I imagine all the carriers have towers stacked up in there. With that said, I've found that Verizon has the best coverage in all the places I go - (I travel the southeast for work). But they were more expensive so last year I switched to T-Mobile and saved 50 bucks a month on the same number of lines and more data. (3 and unlimited-ish)

I love the savings but there are times when I'm not near a T-Mobile tower and it shows. I never had that problem with Verizon even in the swampy areas betwixt towns in south Florida.

As for the people, customer support, etc...I find them pretty equal. My wife gets in a LOT of calls to tech support because she keeps messing stuff up on her iPhone and iPad. I told her before she picked them that I am an android guy and would not do tech support for her on those things. The T-Mobile people are patient with her and usually get stuff done. I work with phones and deal with corporate Verizon every day and they are also helpful in most cases.

Down here, Sprint is a bad word. Nobody I know who has them likes them. As a company, we moved 300+ phones from sprint to Verizon 10 years ago and have never missed them.
