I rarely sit still, don't drink sodas or eat junk food.
But after a short time off running for a knee problem, the pounds started piling on.
The worst thing is - since I have none of those other vices, I have to give up the ones I have.
No more wine and never a nice cold beer. Wah.

I'm doing the fast diet and find myself losing a pound a week. You only eat 500 calories

Well done Tobin. Slow and steady and the weight should stay off. A loss of 50.4 lbs is excellent!
