7. I have used A&I in LA and Adorama both and have had great results.

I think A&I might be a little less costly. My photo books are hard bound, lay flat 12x12 and 100 pages is around $150. You download their s/w and do it on your computer then upload to them. Very easy.

Adorama is web based and is also very easy to use.
