If you lost one, that's a good sign!
One thing I noticed in the past - if I hit a plateau, adding a small cheat made the next week a good weight loss week. Don't know why it worked, and it wasn't a major cheat, just one meal where I had a little something special (i.e., Bearnaise sauce (just a little) on my veggies). Weird, but worked every time for me. That was when I was doing weight watchers and rigorously sticking to my points and using my points for good food and nothing bad.

I'm doing the fast diet and find myself losing a pound a week. You only eat 500 calories

I would think a printout of these numbers posted prominently might make good motivation.

Well done Tobin. Slow and steady and the weight should stay off. A loss of 50.4 lbs is excellent!
